Information we collect
When you call us, we collect what you tell us: your name, phone number, address and a description of the plumbing problem. When we visit your property, we keep job notes, photos or camera footage of the work, and invoices.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and carry out plumbing work, to contact you about that work, to prepare estimates and invoices, and to keep records required for permits and our own accounting. We do not sell your personal information.
When information is shared
We share information only as needed to do the job: with permitting and inspection authorities, with suppliers when ordering parts for your job, and with payment processors. During peak demand or after-hours emergencies, if your call is forwarded to another trusted local provider, the details you give on that call are passed to them so they can help you.
Website analytics and cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It does not set cookies for tracking. Maps load only when you press the View map button, at which point the map provider's own privacy policy applies.
Phone calls
If we record calls for quality or training, you will be told at the start of the call, as the law requires, and you can ask not to be recorded.
How long we keep information
We keep job records for as long as needed for warranty questions, permits, tax and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make a request, call us; we may need to verify your identity first.
