Using this website
This website describes our plumbing services and offers general information in our guides. Guide content is general, not advice for your specific property; a diagnosis on site decides any job.
Estimates and pricing
Cost figures on this website are published planning ranges from named sources, not quotes and not our prices. Every job is priced after we see it, and the dispatcher explains how a visit is billed before a plumber is sent.
Telephone contact and consent
By calling us, you agree that we may call or text you back at the number you called from about your service request. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Call recording
If calls are recorded for quality or training, you will be told at the start of the call, where the law requires it.
Call forwarding during peak demand
All American Plumbing handles service calls with its own plumbers. During peak demand, after-hours emergencies, or when our schedule is full, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local provider so you still get help quickly. That provider's availability, pricing and terms may differ from ours, and you should confirm their licensing and insurance before work begins. Any work arranged directly with that provider is between you and them.
Permits and property access
Some work requires permits and inspections. You agree to give reasonable access to the work area and to inform us of any known hazards on the property.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing on this website limits rights you have under California law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update them; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
