San Jose, CA · Two offices
Where we work: San Jose, the South Bay and the North Bay
Two offices, one phone number. Our service office in North San Jose covers the city and the South Bay; our head office in Vallejo covers the North Bay. Here is what that means in practice, and where our coverage ends.
Coverage
Two offices, and the work each one covers
A plumber is only useful if they can reach you, so this page is specific. The regions below are where we work regularly, grouped the way the valley and the bay actually divide. For each one we describe the plumbing we see most there, because a house’s age and ground tell you a lot about the jobs it will need.

Each page below covers where the water comes from in that place, the plumbing problems its homes tend to have, and how we reach it.

San Jose neighborhoods
San Jose, from North San Jose to the southern hills
Our service office sits on 1912 O'Toole Way in North San Jose, so the whole city is our home ground. The work changes with the neighborhood. In Willow Glen, Rose Garden and Naglee Park, older houses still carry galvanized supply and clay laterals, and much of our work there is repiping, sewer camera work and root clearing. In Cambrian Park and Almaden Valley, slab homes from the 1960s and 1970s bring slab leaks and reroutes. Toward Evergreen and Berryessa, lateral repairs and hillside sewer lines come up more often.
Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View and the West Valley
West of San Jose, most homes built before 1970 in Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View and Campbell were plumbed with galvanized steel, so repiping and low-pressure calls are common, especially around West Sunnyvale and Old Mountain View. Cupertino, Saratoga and Los Gatos round out the West Valley, where we take repairs, water heater and repiping work, and planned projects such as gas lines and sewer laterals.
Milpitas and the north end
Milpitas sits just across the freeway from our North San Jose office. Homes there built from the 1970s through the 1990s were typically plumbed with copper, so the calls lean toward pinhole leaks and water heaters rather than rusted galvanized. The short distance also makes Milpitas one of the easiest places for us to reach at any hour.
Morgan Hill and the south county
To the south, we take planned work in Morgan Hill, such as water heater replacements, repipes, remodels and sewer projects, and we will tell you honestly on the phone whether an emergency there is better served by us or by a plumber closer to you.
Fremont, Newark and Union City
Up I-880 from our North San Jose office, the southern Tri-City area is part of our regular work. The Alameda County Water District blends San Francisco water, State Water Project water and harder local groundwater there, so water heaters and softeners are the calls we take most, along with drains and sewer laterals.
Fairfield, Suisun City and Napa
From the Vallejo head office we also cover Fairfield and Suisun City up I-80 and the city of Napa to the north. Fairfield and Suisun City take much of their water from Lake Berryessa through the Solano Project, and Napa homes still show what the 2014 earthquake taught about strapping heaters and replacing stiff gas connectors.
Vallejo, Benicia and American Canyon
Our head office on 6247 Maple Rd in Vallejo covers the North Bay. Vallejo's soils mix clay, sandy loam and adobe that shift with drought cycles, which stresses sewer laterals on slab and raised foundations alike, and hard-water deposits are a familiar sight on fixtures there. The same office serves Benicia and American Canyon for repairs, water heaters, drains and sewer work.

Where coverage ends
Outside these areas, call first
Coverage centers on our two offices. We do not cover San Francisco or the Peninsula north of Mountain View. In the East Bay we work the southern Tri-City area, Fremont, Newark and Union City, but Hayward, Oakland and the cities between our two offices are outside our regular area. If you are near the edge of any region above, call and ask before booking: the dispatcher will tell you plainly whether we can reach you in reasonable time or whether a closer plumber makes more sense for an emergency.
Wherever you are, the number is the same, (669) 215-2577, and it is answered 24 hours a day.
